Business trip went well in that I didn't gain. Didn't lose either, but not gaining is still good in my book. Now to try to carve out time to exercise again.

Couldn't weigh in today... had a super early shift at work covering for someone else and had to get up at 4am. I didn't bother weighing because at 4am I still have most of my previous day's food and water inside me!0

There's likely to be some fluctuation over the next few days. I exercised yesterday for the first time in a while so I'm super sore today, I'm having a Chinese tonight so sodium will be up tomorrow, and tomorrow's another 10 mile walk so I'll be eating more and weigh a little more in waste on Monday
It's not real weight though, so it's fine0 -
