I enjoy a nice helping of seasoned ground turkey with basil pesto...its yummy! or with broccoli mixed in with quinoa. I love bowl of brown rice with salmon with some hot sauce. :)

Tuna tacos! (at work..we only have a microwave) Warm taco shells in microwave...combine tuna and salsa and warm in small microwave safe bowl.....add some spinach to the bottom of shell and scoop tuna and salsa on top, you can add cheese if you want, I normally pull apart string cheese and add to the top.

Hilarious! I'm way too intimidating, learned to be that way after the first 2 weeks, some guys can be creepy. Lately, I'm more concerned about my 13 year daughter in the gym. She is never 2 feet away from me and sometimes I just want to walk up to guys and say "DUDE, she's 13! WTF?"...actually I have a couple times....:/

I'm still at 2.8 miles......so, WTG! I'm getting there slowly! I have plantar facitis and it makes it difficult to run for very long, especially knowing that after the run, I'll be soaking my foot and regreting it. YAY YOU!

I started out with this thought process but it turned into....screw him...I"m loving me! lol I'm enjoying the fact that I have time to myself to jam to music and sweat and feel like a queen afterwards!

I've been doing my best to keep it in range...if it goes over...maybe taking a nice brisk walk will help bring it back down. Google low sugar snacks and foods...that might help you as well.

I'm on the same 1200... all my meals and snacks are pretty evenly spaced, I love my protein shakes, add bananas, berries and oj to it and they are delish and they fill me up so much! I eat veggies, fruit, and drink tons of water. So far, I'm not hungry by the time the next snack comes around...and I like it that way,…

I just did my 45 min Bosu Ball core workout and then I did weight machines for my legs...which basically is an hr. I used the cardio exercise "circuit training general"...and it gave me my 520 calories burned. Thats about accurate for core and weights work. :D
