80 Calorie Delicious Egg White Scramble!

I've been making this dish every morning fora while now, and I absolutely love it! The best part is it has 9 grams of protein, no fat, and only about 80 calories!
Chop up about half a cup of bell peppers (which ever color you prefer) and throw them into a skillet at medium heat. Chop up some yellow onions and throw them in the skillet once the peppers have begun to cook. While those are cooking, measure 1/3 of a cup of egg whites into a bowl (I use "All Whites" from a carton). Spoon in 1 1/2 tablespoons of mild, chunky salsa (any brand you like) and add in a bit of ground pepper, and stir it up vigerously with a fork. Pour this egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet, and let it sit for a few minutes, until the edges appear cooked. Them move the mixture around with a spatula as if you are making scrambled eggs. When the dish appears cooked and not runny, pour it onto a plate and enjoy!
With the salsa and vegetables, you can't even tell that you're only eating egg whites. It tastes so good it's hard to believe it's only 80 calories!!!
