I have a huge issue with coconut, cucumbers, mushrooms, and anything with little seeds!!! I hate it! Luckily my taste buds have changed over the years and I am able to eat some veggies and fruits. (When I was little I used to have to swallow my peas whole bc I wasn't allowed to leave the dinner table! Talk about texture…

Pack your gym bag the night before, put it in your front seat as motivation to drive to the gym straight from work - - -Works for me! But make sure you get enough sleep! Working out with no energy leaves you at risk for a poor performance and possibly injuring yourself! Best of luck

I've had this issue too, like crazyyy itchy!! I heard (don't quote me) that it's from lack of blood circulation in your legs (not working out/running a lot)... my guess is it will go away with time. Itching legs from chaffing is different, i'd try long compression shorts or some type of powder/gel etc. good luck!

almond butter!! or a little bit of butter and some cinnamon and sugar

love love love the chocolate chip cookie dough!! I enjoyed the chocolate brownie one, but did not like the chocolate peanut butter one (had pieces of nuts in it too fyi) I suggest to buy the singles and find the ones you like the best! Recommend the cookie dough for sure tho! :-)

Rivalus:Promasil in Soft Serve Vanilla, I usually do 1 scoop with unsweetened almond milk and ice. IT is tasty! Or if I want, add a banana and ice for a smoothie. I'd like to try the chocolate flavor someday! Pricey, but great.

my mouth is watering!!! BUMP!!!

Maybe try cutting out the shakes? Seems like a lot of calories but good protein. I would just try cutting out little things. How much do you exercise?

Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try!

I started drinking almond milk (unsweetened usually) due to diary intolerance and low cals, but it's also still high in calcium! I usually drink way less of almond milk than I did regular milk too.

mints or gum!! Takes away my cravings instantly

I wouldn't recommend taking pain killers!!! Take some ibruprofen, ice if needed, rest, stretch, and use a 'roll out' stick to roll out your muscle tightness. (use anything, they usually have the rollers at the gym, or hey I have used a remote and a baseball bat before haha) Keeping your muscles loose will help ease the…

Ever since I was young I HATED all fruits and vegetables. It was a texture and taste thing.. As I got older my taste buds started to change and now I love spinach salad, bananas, onions, green peppers, corn, squash, avacado, etc.. But the fruits I don't like, I try to make them into smoothies. I also take a daily vitamin…

I hate when people don't rerack !!! ugh drives me insane! We had very strict lifting rules in college and this included mandatory reracking, and putting things back where they belong, and no ipods/phones/etc., and when anyone said the word "can't" or "cussed" 50 body weight squats for EVERYONE!!! I wish people were more…

I had a chronic injury and ended up having back surgery last summer, it has been really hard for me to run. I prefer to bike or eliptical. It's not hard as hard on the body, but still gives you a good work out.. walking is ALWAYS good for you too :)

I had the same feeling, I would get bloated, cramps, and terrible stomach pains, along with rashes on my elbows Anyway, I started to cut the gluten out of my diet. It DID help a lot with bloating, however I didn't think it was solving it all. I cut down the dairy (few to none) and I haven't had issues since!! (I was…

I always bring my own snacks and drinks (usually bottled something so I can put in my purse). It is a LOT cheaper and sometimes the healthier option
