The elliptical is better for your core if you don't use the handles. If you do then it gives your arms a work out as well. I always go with the elliptical.

Cant handle the soy milk but I do use the almond milk. I like the chocolate for a yummy snack and I bake cakes and all sort of things with the vanilla almond milk. Its great

I agree with everyone else. You are moving and that is what counts. I am super un coordinated. i just do my best and go from there.

That is what I am afraid of that and gaining weight of course. He wrote me a script fro cytomel for 3 weeks then nothing until my level hits 40. I cut my calories and will try to be very careful with lean proteins and veggies for awhile I guess.

I make an egg croissant with some wild game bacon the night before and zap it in the micro to warm it up and eat it on the way. That or greek yogurt with protein powder or you can make a protein shake to drink the night before.

I think BF is great. However seeing a4 year old attached to the boob is a bit disturbing. Pump and give them a glass. There are numerous benefits to breast milk so I agree with continuing to give it to a child much longer than the standard 12 months.

I use it many ways. I buy the prewashed stuff breakfast cook it like oatmeal and add a touch of brown sugar a chopped up banana and some walnuts. I had it removed but went right on synthroid about 3 weeks later so the only side effect I had was fatigue. :) I apologized to my boss for a just in case I am a witch during this next 6 weeks.

I say do what you want and what works for you and to hell with any one who tells you different. If you come in asking for advice then be prepared for what you get but that is not what you did so good for you for doing something.

I would say no. I would go with a session or two if you are unfamiliar with what to do but thats it. Its really hard to find a good one who is worth it.

it depends on what you do for exercise and what type of foot you have. I would suggest you talk to the person at the shoe store and get their take. Runners needs a certain type and lifter need another. Its not as simple as one brand or the other it really depends on a lot of factors.

Signed. I guess I just got lucky and got one of the good ones. He is very open to my suggestions and listens to my concerns and we discuss them. Too bad more of the endos out there arent like him.

If they are doing this they are missing something in their diet. You might want to ask your vet.

I cant do lettuce either so I sub fresh spinach or other greens instead. Cabbage is also good.

I would suggest you increase by at least 300 and eat back at least half of your exercise calories. You also need to add in a lot more protein. You should eat over 100g per day. This will help with your hunger issues and energy level for sure. I eat about 1850 per day and am losing, I am 5'6 and weigh 200 right now.

That would be a lot of muscle in two months but I guess it is possible. I would agree with the other posters and take pictures and lots of measurements. I gained 5 pounds lifting my first month but lost over 6 inches.
