I train at a crossfit box Crossfit Stone Cutters. My coach has trained with Chad Vaughn for many years.. I just recently decided that I wanted to focus on only Oly work I truly love crossft and have had many beautiful victories last year so this year i would like to train my way to competing in a weightlifting comp.

Hello Milla, for me personally I think you may not be eating enough it seems as if you are working your tail off and perhaps your body doesn't have enough nutrition that it is holding on to every thing you got. How many calories are you consuming? What are your fitness goals?

I agree, I tried just did not have the energy to get through felt to sluggish! Now that I have started eating more grains and carbs the energy is way better. Now the only prob I have is eating enough food! According to eat to perform I should be consuming 2867, that is a bit scary I can hardly consume 2000!!!

I do two a days I want to go to regionals next year! I eat fairly clean, not strictly paleo, I do eat rice and grains myself.

I wouldnt do thrieft stores because alot of the time they can be pretty pricey, I have found tone of deals at ross, marshalls, stien mart dont forget burlington, oh yes big lots!

I still do get on the scale and yes, it upsets me and makes me feel really bad, if you can avoid do so! But I gain anywhere from 5-10 lbs at that time of the month (sad face!)
