So in! This is just the motivation I need to get back into the swing of things after gaining back a bunch of weight and recouperating from a sprained ankle! Current weight is 170, size approximately 10 (it's hard to tell because I refuse to buy bigger clothes so I'm squeezing my butt into size 6 pants, which is not always an easy feat!). I do not have a gym membership, but have just started running again (I have a 10k on 9/8) and I do yoga (I'm shooting for 5 mornings a week, we'll see!).0

Hi... I would really like to join my work out consists in one hour pilates sessions three times a week, so far this has been working pretty good for me but i am planning on incorporating two days a week of insanity training .0

Can I still get in on this? My husband's Birthday is the first week in October and this is exactly what I told him I'd give him for his birthday - a size 14 wife! (I'm currently a 16W).
I would love to be involved in this challenge!
No Gym Membership but I do either Tae Bo or a 2 mile walk in the mornings, and 30DS or Zumba (or both) at night.

I belong to a gym and Curves. I walk and have an exercise bike at home. I'll be on vacation from 31 Aug - 9 Sep without access to a gym/Curves so will be free styling it during that time.0 -
