Done!!

Fell off the wagon, but did 160 today even though it was rest day!
-
Done... A day late. At least it was rest day!! Whoops :)
-
Done, plus 20 because I thought there were 95 and I only did 90 yesterday. Found that if you're just doing regular squats, no body weight - and this works for pile or sumo - if you don't come quite all the way up, the burn is KILLER. So that's how I'm feeling.

...Crap. I just did 80, and probably more because I totally lost count watching Modern Family. On the rest day. My bad. :>

I reached my 1200 calorie goal last week, but just barely and most was in one day. My goals for week 2 are 2000 calories burned, 800 calories higher than last week, and to spread it out a little better. I am also doing a squat challenge and keeping right along. This week includes the end of finals, so I'm going to have to…

My goal was 1,200... I burned 1,274. I knew I wasn't going to do a lot of working out last week, but I guess I knew myself better than I thought!! :)

Done - 40 straight on, 40 sumo. I'll say, I'm glad I'm doing this challenge... I really don't feel like going to the gym today, and having to stick to the squat challenge at least gets my heart beating for a minute or two :) Didn't feel a lot of burn today, though :/ I'm sure day 9 I will, though!

Done! 50 shoulder-width, 25 sumo.
-
Done! Thought it was 65, but just did 5 more. Oops :)

Did my 60 at midnight after 5 hours of work... In front of my boyfriend! Really feeling it in the femoris area.

Done!

Forgot to post, but I did my first 50 yesterday!

My goal is 1200 calories. It seems realistic, and I'm not here to win but for motivation. With finals, getting to the gym will either be a stress reliever and I will go over this goal but I may also not be able to find the time. For anyone else with my problem, I find reviewing notes is really easy on the stationary bike!…

It's crazy that I'm right in the middle of the 'healthy' BMI and I need to lose 20 lbs (!!!!) to hit 18.9. I don't NEED to lose ANY weight, but I'm curious as to what it would take to get there and what I would look and feel like... My GW now is 125 and CW is 140 at 5'6.5". But Maybe I will go for 120 just to push myself.…

Hey group. I'm Kyley and I'm 21 years old. I have 15 pounds that won't go away with my eating habits, so I'm going to have to start working a little harder for them! I have been hitting up the gym when I can this semester. This summer, though, I will be working and studying for the MCAT on July 13!! Exercise is a great…

Low-fat chocolate milk is actually an awesome after-workout treat. Lots of protein and carbs to help replenish those tired muscles!
