What's that drink?!

My uncle and his baby momma came to visit over Christmas from California and she brought this rather large supply of some drink. I noticed it in a cafe, bought and tried it, and I loved it! The thing is, I can't think of what it's called...

It's organic. Something about it being some sort of mushroom ferment. Has a variety of flavors. Actually has a little bit of alcohol, not enough to make it so that you have to be 21 to purchase, from the fermenting process. It's supposed to be extremely good for you, very cleansing and full of antioxidants, etc. The one thing I remember about it is that you can NOT shake it before you open it or it will literally explode. Comes in a glass bottle, at least where I've seen it.
