I'm weighing in for the first day of the year at 205.8 Ibs. I weighed in on December 28, 2015 at 210 Ibs so having a loss in 2016 is great news for me. if ur using something like a bodybugg it will tell u how many calories u burned...other than that i not sure...i read somewhere that if u want to track it on here u just list it as circuit training i haven't used the exercise tracker on here yet
