I got on the scale and was shocked by the number. And photos made me cringe. I hated my double chin. Also, I'm in nursing. So why in the hell would patients take my advice to lose weight if I am overweight myself?!

Okay so this morning I went to the gym and ran 1 mile in 9:17. I was having a hard time breathing by the end but I am very proud that I completed it. I am going to try again on Friday. I just completed my 50 burpees for today! I am going out tonight with some of my high school friends. Kinda worried about eating/drinking over my calories for today. Will have to show some self control. Good job with the burpees everyone :)

Perhaps you are not logging correctly. Double check that the food you are entering is in the correct proportion (2 cups in stead of 1/2 cup for example) and that you are entering every single thing you eat into your diary. And if thats the case, try exercising more!

Maybe I can help a bit. I live on campus and use my campus gym somewhere between 3-5 times per week. Today I burned 423 calories on the treadmill doing interval training of 3.5 and 6.0 for an hour. Such a killer workout and I am very tired but proud of myself!

Yesterday (friday) I burned 482 calories! However I also had a really bad eating day and went way over :( The bonfire was fun but I feel like I lost my momentum. I am planning on working out this afternoon and will post those calories later in the day. Happy Saturday!
