I didn't hear from a few people and it's bringing the stats down! This is a team challenge ladies! I just did cuts from the group for a reason... I don't want to have to do it again!!

As for me... I'm have such a hard time this week and it really shows by my numbers. I'm have a really hard time making myself workout tonight because I'm in one of those frustrated/crying/awful moods. I know that's not an excuse so I'm going to try my best to get SOMETHING in after my dinner settles. I don't want to let my team down!!0 -

I am SO sorry to Team Skinny. I feel like I have been a total let down. I didn't burn any calories Thursday and I only burned 191 Friday. And so far today I have only managed to burn 262, I did an hour of Zumba, but what I thought was a broke or jammed toe, turned out to be a small fracture in my foot just below my pinky toe and the one beside it, I woke up Thursday morning and it was all swollen and purple, and my husband insisted I go to the Dr. It's not bad, the just put me in one of those surgical boot things. But anyway, yeah I looked pretty pitiful trying to get through Zumba today, but I am trying my best!! You all are doing SO great!! Again my apologies Team Skinny!0

Hey guys, didn't report back yesterday. I didn't hit my goal of 700, but I did burn 200. Better than nothing! Hoping for a bit better today. I just find it is really hard when I work the day shift, am up at 5:15, out the door to work from 7am - 5 pm, get home close to 6, have to make dinner, etc, and then I just wanna veg!! We'll see what happens tonight.

Okay, I totally blew it for team skinny last week, sorry. MY week was so crazy, we had a huge flood in our house, our upstairs bathroom flooded and it came through the ceiling and flooded the kitchen as well. I also had a halloween party for the kids, so I was major stresses with getting everything cleaned up and back to normal. Anyways, I blew it with everything, I am a stress eater. I haven't been doing anything healthy and I feel like I gained 10 lbs this past week. But I will be back on track first thing tomorrow.

@skinnie-that sounds incredibly stressful! Don't worry about bad eating. It'll only be a problem if you don't get back on track. You can do it this week! Hang in there!
