Good for you!!! Love it! And super message. Tis true! Keep it up. I wanna read more posts like this one.

This ^^^ You may be frustrated that your rear is the last to go (in my case it is my stomach), but it will shrink. It has to if you keep losing! Agreed that your general shape maybe pear or larger rear, but I know when you get down closer to goal, you'll be happy (and far more attractive). My sister-in-law is pear shaped…

I agree that weight does not tell the whole story and that YOU LOOK FREAKIN AWESOME!!!! Congrats on increasing your lean muscle mass!!! :flowerforyou: However . . . rather than toss your scale out the window, one could consider buying a smart scale instead. I LOVE MY OZERI TOUCH!!!! It is incredibly accurate and tells me…

Oh me too.

I think you can substitute (i) cocunut or soy flour for the wheat flour (ii) splenda for the sugar and make just about anything. I even go so far as to substitute (iii) egg whites for eggs, and (iv) apple sauce for butter. At the end of all that, my efforts have been decent (especially considering) though they take a bit…

Did you recently quite smoking or add/drop medication? Are you extremely stressed? What has changed in your life? This doesn't make any sense. It you know you are being truthful about your calorie intake (reading labels, measuring) and if you are being accurate about your exercise (using a heart rate monitor and not…

Thank you! Can't wait to read about it.

Definately. And athletes are cold after workouts as well. I've come to appreciate the cold (like I appreciate sore muscles). It is a sign that I'm doing something right!!!

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing!

Amazing! So wonderful to get through such a tough time and not have to deal with a lot of excess weight too. Good job!

I say go for it. But icing your feet and legs after the first race will do wonders. That's what athletes do. It is the fastest way to recover. Just get in the bathtub, run cold water, then add some ice. The other great recovery exercise is swimming. A light easy 20 minute swim after your race would be a miracle cure.…

This is wonderful! I'm having a similar experience. It is THE BEST!!!!

You don't count fruit or other natural sugar. Just count processed/added sugar. Still, it isn't easy but then again, not as hard as staying under on sodium. Now there's a challenge! It all comes down to eating unprocessed home made healthy fruits and veggies and whole grains, etc.

Yep, 1/4 avocado all tlhe time (up to half a day). 1/4 in salad . . . then 1/4 later in sandwich . . . Avocado is a butter substitute, so great on a baked potatoe. All delish things in moderation. And yes, I store the balance in tupperware and squirt lemon juice on it. It does brown a tad but it is still good.

I like it. Definately go for it. Truly, you have nothing to lose. But your pick up line needs some work. How about: "Hi, forgive me for being so bold, but I've been wanting to ask you for your phone number for quite a while, assuming you aren't taken, of course. It is leap year, after all." Let us know how it goes…

I LOVE my new rear and how I look from the behind (and so does hubby). My once apple shape has become an hour glass, rear and thighs are toned, back fat not very noticable. Woot, woot!!!

sounds like you figured it out . . . it really can be that simple . . . if men only knew how much the little things meant, us women would be happy a lot more GOOD JOB ON YOUR HEALTHY NEW HABITS!!!!

If you don't have a HRM, here's a formula I found on-line for JM videos: 503 x [your current weight] = X X / 154 = Y (total number of calories burned for 60 minutes) Y / number of minutes you did ripped in 30 or 30 day shred Have Fun!!!

It is a simple math question of calories in verses calories out. In addition, timing is a factor. One spurge night might only cost you .2 over the long haul, but the very next day or two, you might be up a few pounds (due to sodium or body shock). And for whatever reason, sometimes a splurge does not do any harm. Other…

Go to "settings" then to "diary settings". Once there, scroll to bottom and set privavy at MFP members only. Then save. That way we can see what you've been eating.

You soap up in the shower and realize your body is SMALLER!

I get the veggie delight with provolone and honey mustard on wheat. It is a nice option from time to time.

I can't view your food diary so I don't know what you've been eating. How long have you been sticking with your new program?

My favorite hummus and veggie sandwich: sprouted protein Wheat Bead Hummus spread on both sides smashed Avocado on one side 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds sprinkled evenly on both sides sliced Cucumber (length wise on one side) sliced Tomatoes (on the other side) Lettuce (lot of lettuce in the middle) You can also make with Cream…

Great job froggzy!!!! You are amazing! I assume your rear is to die for now :) I just finished week 4. Will start week 5 tomorrow.

I can't see your food diary. If I could, maybe I could help. Generally, what most of us do is exercise (and eat some of those calories back). Otherwise, general tips: - drink lots of water (it helps curb your appetite, increases metabolism, and keeps your tummy fun, plus tons of health benefits) - eat 6 small meals a day…

Since you are entering the recipe, you determine the portion size (1-2 cups). You do kinda half to guess how many servings a batch makes (unless you measure it out), but you can get pretty close looking at the volume of ingredients you put in.

I'm starting week 4, column 3 this next week as well. Bring it on! Love this challenge :))))
