Try not to get too disheartened, i weigh and measure myself every month now, first month 8lb & 8 inchs lost, next month, gained 2lb stayed same measurements, lost 1% body fat and 1 point of my BMI. I agree with others who have said measure yourself, if your excerising too then muscle weighs heavier too x

well i have to say you have just spurred me on, thank you, i myself am 194 lbs (the biggest i have EVER been) i lost 8lb first month and 8 inches, this month pout on 2lb and stayed same measurements (which is a bonus) i sooooo cant wait to get past the 14lb mark... Keep it up x:flowerforyou:

Im not an expert but what i do know is that strength training increases your metabolism which wil in turn speed your weight loss, ages after a work out. one day outta a month thats really good, focus on the positives and learn from your weaknesses... remember you are a month into it, go back and you'll be back at square one, and then how will you feel. dont forget why you started and and focus onhow well you have done ..... you go girl x :wink:
