We have a variety at our house -- whole milk for my 1 yr old, 1% for the rest, and unsweetened almond milk for me. :drinker:

That move is also very hard for me. I've started it twice...I like it alot and have seen some pretty good results. The second time I had to stop halfway through level 2 -- with all the push-ups I somehow strained my left elbow. I'm thinking of starting that back up again soon.

The first time I started I didn't use any. The second time I did use 3 lbs. Much harder!! I wouldn't have been able to do any higher. Good luck!!

My sister in law uses it and LOVES it. I tried some of hers...very good! She has to buy off of Amizon as it's not available around here. I'm hoping to get some soon! I love PB!

I do...it makes life easier for me and helps me stay w/i my calories. I do end up changing it from time to time if something comes up.

I have 4 children and work full time. Our yougest will be 1 in a few weeks...this has been my biggest challenge. Before my 4th child, I use to get up 3 - 4 mornings a week and work out w/ a neighbor. I just tried some in my yogurt this morning...yogurt, blueberries, Kashi Go Lean Cereal, and 1 - 2 tablespoons of the Chia seeds. I really liked it. After looking up all the health benefits...I will be using this in my diet almost daily. Just incredible!

I've found it in the organic/ health food department in the grocery. It comes in a bag here. I had to ask for it...easy to miss.

bump I guess I need a HRM then....my class is just 1 night a week for 55 minutes. MFP only has me burning in the low 300's.

I usually start my day with greek yogurt and some granola to jump start my protein early.

I've tried it three different ways - "I can't believe it's not butter light" and fresh chives, or roasted garlic and fresh parm, or use it just like a noodle and top it with speghetti sauce of your choice. All are VERY good!
