Well I am stuck at 204 but this week I did awsome on my walking we went to a water park and walked everywhere for 9 hours.so in totale this past week I walked 54 miles. crazy week walked almost everyday with my kids which was 4 miles a day and then add the water park of friday and a huge mall on thursday school cloths…

In responce to what we should do for the next one i think it would be cool to add an new exercise each week like still do the walking but add sit ups one week along with the walking. then like mountain climbers the next week so that in the end we will be doing 6 extra strenght training exercise on top of walking everyday.…

I lost 1 pound this week and I am very happy with that seeing I have been sick for the last 2 almost 3!!! I walked a total of 4 miles this week so I did somehting but have been really sick!! I hope everyone is doing good

didnt loose any weight but was sick all week but i got in 5 miles i know its not a lot but it was all I could do. so that makes it good enough for me! :) And as I look at it no weight loss is better then weigth gain! Hope eveyone has a great day!!

well I havent logged it yet but another pound down! I am so excited I didn't walk as much this week seeing it rained most of the week but i did do exercise I love my Wii fit!! I also love Just dance Kids for the Wii!! I love danging to the girls little kids songs LOL My favorate so far is get the sillies out from yo gabba…

SOCK_ 17 great job at getting right up in the morning and exercising!! I am one of those people that it takes a while then I am like well I have to do it so better gt started and thats like at noon. LOL so great job at starting your morning with exercise they says it give you energy to get through the day!! Kudos!!!

I lost 2 lbs and walked a total of 10 miles. was hoping to get more miles in but I over worked myself the one day and it took 2 days for my body to recover will try to take it a little easier this week on the extra workouts and focus more on my walking!
