I have a 2 month old and a 17 month old. I'm breastfeeding so I can't necessarily "diet" but I'm trying to eat healthier. I'm hoping that by logging my food it will help me to make healthier choices and maybe lose a little weight. My goal is to lose about 40lbs

I bought my wedding dress in a size 12. The one I tried on in the store was a size 14 and it was a little bit big. I asked my consultant at the store and she said that the dress can be altered down 2 sizes, which would make it a size 8, if I needed it. My fiance and I are doing P90X. We're trying to do it daily, but we do miss once in awhile because life gets busy, but we're doing it at least 4-5 days a week. My MOH/bridesmaids will all be wearing the same dress and the colour is purple. We went and picked out the dress at the end of August - we had a blast! There are only 3 of them, and we're all friends with each other so it was so fun and easy to pick out a dress that we all loved!

I go in spurts. One week I'll be super motivated, eat really good and go to the gym everyday. Then other weeks it's a huge struggle to eat healthy and I rarely get to the gym. I just keep trying to think about my dress and how I don't want to have flabby arms - it gets me to the gym most of the time!

Well, I burned 350 calories - took my dog for a walk, did 30 mins on the elliptical and played baseball. But I only drank 6 glasses of water. Water is my weakness - I don't like it. I drink it, but I don't enjoy it.

Hi Everyone! My name is Kelly and I'm getting married on May 4, 2013 - so in just under 9 months! I've already bought my dress, so now my goal is to shed a few more pounds and hopefully get it altered to be smaller than when I bought it! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's successes!! :)

I made cupcakes using yellow cake mix with Sprite Zero - they were delicious! My in-laws LOVED them!! ^^ Agreed! Smart Ones pizza is awesome!! Smart Ones also has a lot of other tasty choices too - I eat these most days for lunch. Sometimes I'll have a salad with some chicken and low-cal dressing as well, along with some fruit!

There might be evidence that it causes weight gain - I'm not a doctor or anything. I'm just saying, in my experience it hasn't prevented me from losing weight.

I drink water with Crystal Light all the time and I've managed to lose 25lbs so far. The only time I have water without Crystal Light is when I work out because I prefer plain water while working out. Any other time, I drink it with Crystal Light.

I'm a big hockey fan! I played for about 15 years (stopped 2 years ago due to a knee injury, but hoping to start playing again in October!!). As for my favourite NHL team, the Red Wings :)
