Comparison of JM DVD's - or other short workouts

Hello-

I'm looking for a short (30 minutes or less) DVD for my non-running days. Ideally, I want a great arm and abs workout since I run and that works my legs. I want to expand my collection.. I did 30DS and I loved it - is the format of JM other DVDs the same? Does it matter if I only do the work-out 2-3 days/week?

Thanks,
Shannon

I would like to know this too. I just finished the shred (today!) and was looking into some of her other dvds. I know she has a kickbox one that I can't wait to try that is only 20 minutes. I want to keep up with the shred but add more cardio and maybe some yoga in to mix it up:)

I have her Ripped in 30, and it's the same format as 30DS, except there are 4 levels, not 3. 28 Day Bootcamp has 12, 20 and 30 minute workouts that can be combined in any order (or there is a 28 day plan that you can follow; I don't think any of them are excessively long). 10 Minute Solutions has a bunch of DVDs (some are available on Netflix) that have 10 minute segments targeting specific areas that can be mixed and matched - total of 50 minutes, which is what I end up doing, but you don't have to do the whole thing.

I've been doing her Kickboxing DVD and it's quite the workout! I've only been at it for about a week, but I find it to be a great 20 minute workout

I'll echo what the previous posters said - I run three days a week and rotate through several JM DVDs as well. Ripped in 30 is great & uses weights like 30DS; 6 Week Six-Pack works your core but also has a lot of cardio (2 levels on this one, around 35 minutes I think?); Kickbox FastFix is a blast - three 20 minute workouts, 1 upper body, 1 lower body and 1 core, but they all have similar moves and work ya all over, with heaps of cardio, of course.

Those are my three favorites at the moment, and on days when I feel I need some balance & stretching, her Yoga Meltdown is a good challenge too.

I heard her yoga one is a serious calorie burner!
