I agree with everyone.. 40 lbs in 2.5 years is ABSOLUTELY not drastic.. I lost 85 pounds in 11 months.. funny thing is.. when people see me.. they ask if I'm sick or if I have cancer.. i started Jenny Craig in Jan. 2012. Now.. I'm 80 pounds down.. size 18 to size 0. Definitely worked and now my eating habits are a way of life... :) Still go in for my monthly check-ins..and still maintaining!! :)

every 12 pounds that I lost.. I dropped a size. In my weightloss journey.. I have lost 85 pounds and gone from a size 16/18 to a size 00/0. :) P.S. I don't lift weights, therefore I don't have a lot of muscle mass- if i had more mass, I probably wouldn't have gone down so many sizes.

Because of how much I've lost.. people ask me if I have cancer or if I'm "okay." Hmmmm... most times, I'd like more of a compliment.. asking if i'm sick sounds like an insult. I am 4 feet 11 inches. Amazon.com. Can usually find it cheaper on amazon and shipping is fast. Otherwise, I agree that Trader Joe's is where i'd look next, then whole foods. ( I hate how expensive health food is!)

every morning, I have 3/4 cup fiber one cereal, 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup skim milk.. delicious and the fiber makes it so filling! :heart: :happy:

Workouts.. funny thing is.. i don't even go to the gym!! I wear my bodymedia fit 23 hours/day. I chase my 2 year old around, walk the puppy, and do LOTS OF HOUSEWORK!! :bigsmile:

so... these are AMAZING!! and yes, you'll wanna eat the whole pan.. the idea is.. in my opinion, is to cut it into 36 squares and set one little square aside to eat for a treat and put the rest away. I used reduced fat brownie mix, so the calories are even LESS!! I can't believe how good these are!! :love:

I eat a quest bar religiously every night right before bed.. good protein and fiber!! Since doing this.. (probably not only this..), I have lost 20 more pounds since I hit my goal weight in August.. Others are correct in saying.. doesn't matter when you eat.. just get the calories in sometime during the day.. :)

That is AMAZING! If I may ask, how did you lose that last ten pounds? I feel like because we are so short, our recommended calorie intake is already so low. I"m 4'11.. started out at 174.5 and 13 months later .. I'm down to 97 pounds.. I haven't been this weight in about 25 years!! Sad to admit.. I shop in the kids section.. (a lot!) :)

get QUEST bars.. they range from 170-200 cals per bar.. have 20 g protein and 16-19 g of FIBER!!! Find them at GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon, and questproteinbar.com they are a little pricey.. but WORTH every penny!!!
