Ty guys hopefully that's it but this brought up another issue I have a digital scale my sister has recently started NGO as we'll she weighs in at my home on my scale and she can get three different weights all within a matter of seconds from each other what kinda of scale would you suggest bc I think mines crap lol

always measure what I eat except for like salads I usually have a salad for lunch at work and I just search for a salad most food items I just do a search for and go with what MFP says

Ive been stuck for about 3 weeks now. And I workout every day for an hour. Some days its going for a walk or somedays elliptical just depends on the day.
