Hi Everyone,
I started the Medifast program this morning (again). I'm looking for anyone else that is also on the same program. I need support ... the more the support that better :happy: so feel free to add me as a friend.

    Hi. I have been on medifast for a month. I have lost about 20#. I have started my walking, not doing 1 in 20yet. But last year it took me 45 minutes for the same course. There is hope on the horizon. We just to take one step at a time. Good luck

    Hi! I am a restart form 2 years ago. I never made it to goal. I am an ex-smoker and find that I replaced cigarettes with food. I have hard time battling the "demons."
