I want to thank every single person here for all the support you've provided me though this! You have no idea how much y'all mean to me, even if we've never met in real life. I've always known that tracking my calories has been the cause of my guilt and binging, so I deactivated my MyFitnessPal account....but I can still…

I would say that if you're hungry, go get something to eat and then sit down and write down how you're feeling. I recently just got into journaling when I feel a binge coming, and it has helped me tremendously!

I just wanted to share a victory from today. I was faced with a special event this afternoon where one of my trigger foods (a specific dessert) was put in front of me for the first time since I began facing BED. I decided to eat 4 of them since it's been almost a year since I had had any which is way more than any person…

Hang in there. You're absolutely worth it.

I think an important point to take away from Kourtney's post is you need to see what works for you. Tracking works wonders for her, and she's been super successful lately because of it! It's had the opposite effect for me. Keep trying new things, and never become complacent with what you're currently doing if you keep…

I actually went through the exact same thing! If you think this is one of the roots of your problem, I highly suggest checking out the book "Intuitive Eating" because it has lots of suggestions on how to deal with this. I logged for two years without missing a day and weighed every single one of those days before reading…

I did 2 rounds of Insanity before! Good luck going for your third round and make sure to take care of yourself when doing it!

Peanut butter is great! Great source of fat too! As some people mentioned earlier, you can also get PB2 (powdered with lower fat), organic peanut butter, and local peanut butter if you're into that sort of thing. Me personally? You can't get between me and my creamy Jif.

Whoa. I just googled this thing. I think you just changed my life forever.

They really need to sell 3/4 or 1/2 bottles of wine. I can't bring myself to only leaving a quarter of the wine in the bottle, but at the same time, a whole bottle of wine has me getting crayyyyy.

Awesome job Dennis! Congrats on your marathon as well! I've found the same thing. When I brought trigger foods back into my life, I binged less because I always knew it was there and available to me as opposed to telling myself no and going out of control once I ended up having said food item.

Are push-up bars kind of like those power stands they use in the videos?

This is true! There's no such thing as perfection. I'm having to recommit on a daily and almost hourly basis. Sure, there are slip-ups and days that you want that brownie or to not exercise, but that should never mean it's over. We shouldn't be about perfection, just hard work.

Yeah!

Doubtful that it's a big deal. But if it does end up being dangerous, at least I have a Fitbit family to be suffering with me in 20 years!

Baby Carrots! There's just something so satisfying about that crunch.

This right here. I only really take supplements when I'm lacking certain micronutritients (like Vitamin D) or macronutrients (like protein) to get to my goal. Honestly though, getting these things from real food is always better.

The reason many people make this recommendation is to avoid night snacking; however, like other here have noted, your body doesn't shut down after 7 PM. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're satisfied, and keep on keeping on :)
