Hey guys... sorry to be late to the party. Major collision of events and my diet did not take it so well. I unfortunately showed a 3 pound gain last week. I was so sure after not losing the week before that it would have come off last week. I definitely have got to get back on the motivation band wagon and STAY AWAY…

Well, at least I am keeping good company. I am down .1 pounds. Yes, sadly, 1 tenth of 1 pound. This in my mind equals no loss for the week. But on the bright side, I actually expected a gain, so I will leave it alone, redouble my efforts and look forward to a whopper of a loss next week (I hope!) Continuing on the bright…

Woohoo I am not alone!! You are doing a fantastic job! Way to keep up the hard work and show AMAZING progress!!! I was afraid everyone had abandoned me when no one checked in last week. I had a very good week as well. I am down another 1.9 pounds for a total of 15.3 pounds in the last 8 weeks. As I head into a vacation weekend for me, (meeting my bestie in Florida for a little fun at the Epcot Food & Wine festival!!) I need to keep THIS in mind as much as possible:

Happy Friday everyone! I am down another 1.8 pounds for a total of 9.2 pounds and 10.8 pounds left until Christmas.

Great job every one. I am down another .6 for a total of 7.4 since we began. I am totally thrilled with a 1.85 pound loss per week. Another 12.6 by Christmas should be easy to EXCEED ( I hope!) So I am going to play it by ear but may very well set my stretch goal at 25 pounds instead of 20. Hopefully that and my FitBit…

The long weekend was a blessing for me as we walked all weekend. After showing a 1.2 lb loss the first week, I was THRILLED to see a 3 lb loss this week.

For what ever reason, today is one of those tough days - so I desperately need inspiration and motivation. Considering that I have been here before this is what I need to keep in mind:

If your gym has a pool, swimming is phenomenal for burning calories and is easy on all your joints!

Happy Friday all! Stay strong and make it a great weekend!

Thanks! That is why I decided I am going to hit this post every day - for my daily splash of motivation!

Count me in! I am recently back to MFP... I had major success with it a year an a half ago and then fell off the wagon (HARD!) So I am back at it again. I am looking to lose 20 more pounds by Christmas. Thank you so much for putting this together!
