Personally the key for me is to change up my workouts. I try different things all the time. But the first ever workout that i fell in love with was Zumba.

I love the 21 day fix workouts. Just like anything they get a little old after awhile but they are definitely challenging. I was moderately fit when i started and they kicked my butt. I had great results though, definitely worth it.

This always happens to me. Whenever i get in a groove of a healthy eating and lots of exercise my appetite reallt ramps up and it becomes a struggle to keep my eating in check. Good luck.

I've struggled with foot pain for quite awhile and it got progressively worse. I tried a ton of different shoes and insoles. Superfeet were great, made a huge difference and now i don't get pain after exercise.

I loves the 21 day fix workouts. After my first round i lost 5 lbs but i went down an entire pant size and got tons of compliments from people. Its a really tough workout but i loved being able to do it at home.

I've used it mostly as a cleanse. After a week of drinking it my skin looks better then ever. It does work as an appetite suppressant, but I think thats just because its not the easiest on your tummy.
