shoes

I have been doing live insanity and zumba both at least twice a week. I've tried running shoes and cross trainers but the arches of my feet burn. Any suggestions please.

    Two suggestions:
    - wear either Superfeet or Powerstep insoles in your shoes (only when exercising)
    - stretch your arches hourly (Youtube: "plantar fascia stretch")

    I have tried every pair of shoes I had available everyday for the last week while doing insanity. The best ones for me were basketball shoes. Plus they gave me more ankle support for all that jumping.

    I've struggled with foot pain for quite awhile and it got progressively worse. I tried a ton of different shoes and insoles. Superfeet were great, made a huge difference and now i don't get pain after exercise.

    I used to wear Zumba shoes and loved them. Nike made them.

    Did you see a podiatrist?
