  • congrats and Happy Birthday! I'm struggling so much with this.....originally lost 3lbs, then mother in law has been in hospital for over a month in and out of ICU...with all the traveling and stress gained 5 POUNDS. Anyways....Thanks for sharing your success! I hope I can start losing too!

  • I am doing Slim in 6 Burn it up....does anyone have any idea how many calories are burned during this? I have been keeping track of my exercise on here and I just put it under "general aerobics".   • I just started three days ago, not the easiest to do but so far so good! I've cut down my calorie intake, and have started exercising. I am trying to lose pregnancy weight and lower my cholesterol. Good luck on your weight loss endeavors! You can do it!
