I have been doing alot of sit ups as well and I can feel alot of muscle under the layer or fat on my stomach. Would the muscle gain stop the inches from dropping like they have been? I have been stuck at the same weight for about a week and thats not a big deal really. I am gaining muscle from weight training but my gut doesn't get smaller like I want. I exercise every day and sometimes twice a day. I eat just under the recommended calories for me. I drink only water and lean sobe's and occasionally…

Thats one check up that will have to wait til I swear in again in the army. If I do it before than I would pretty much be screwed on getting back in.

I don't hear anything I only notice it if I put my hand on my hip and walk. It doesn't happen that often. Maybe 2-3 times per month for less than a few hours.

So occasionally my hip feels like its popping in and out of place when I walk but it does not hurt at all. It does it every couple of weeks but there is never any pain. Any ideas?

wow that is great that you all are able to. The road to mine is down a steep hill than it is just small hills than another giant hill than it evens off in town. 3 miles though....I am surprised I have enough energy to actually hit the weights lol. I have tons more energy since I started my workouts. How about all of you?

If you live close enough to your local gym. Try jogging there. I live about 3 miles from mine and I am going to start jogging there for some cardio than hit the bicycles. Than to my weight training.
