First of all congrats on your success! U look great :-) For me I have to log or I go nuts it's like a control thing. If I log I stay accountable I stay on track when I don't I eat everything in sightn it's a downward spiral from there... Seems like aa problem

Hi and welcome! I'm 29 been on mfp 2 yrs sw 160 cw 145 height 5'9" although I'm at goal I continue to log because I am hooked now. My goal now Is to continue to get more fit and toned and logging helps me stay accountable :-) shoot me a request with a note if u like!

I agree w above up your cals yet it for like a month n see how it goes... Drink a lot of water and keep changing it up.... Switching up cals from t time to time and changing workout routines.... If u keep everything the same the whole journey eventually it will stop working because your body gets used to it. Best wishes :)

I am on week four and am in love w insanity!! I feel stronger and faster and I get a rush after I finish like a high! Not to mention my body is toning up! Best workout program I've done! Keep up the awesome work! And good numbers BTW! And BTW I do my insanity after work before bed..
