    I'm only half way to my goal. Picture on the left was taken in December and the picture on the right was taken this week.

    This is me almost 47 lbs down. About 80 to go. Can't wait to hit 50 in the next few weeks.

    In March of 2011 I decided it was time to make some changes, so I joined the gym.. I joined a few classes and really started to enjoy working out. Lost 25 lbs and then it just stopped coming off. In July 2012 I had to switch gyms due to my boys starting preschool and hated it b/c the classes they offered weren't the same, so I just stopped working out as much, and gained 10 lbs back. I got so depressed that in Jan 2013 I said I need to do something, so I decided to join mfp and started walking 3 miles, then built it up to a run, now I run 3-5 miles atleast 3 times a week, and do other cardio and weights the other days. It has changed my life and now I only have 7 lbs to get to my goal.

    In January, I started my journey to a "healthy lifestyle." Starting weight was 193. Currently I am 175.4 with a goal weight of 140.

    To date, I am down 18 pounds. I think the bulk of my weight has come off of my face. So, here is my face comparison:
