Here is my latest photo, I started watching what I was eating at the start of March and have went from 157lbs to 142 loosing 15lbs in the progress which I'm really happy with! I am really enjoying logging and seeing the changes as well as dropping a jean size from a UK size 14 to a size 12!

I have noticed that everyone that has lost a significant amount of weight not only looks amazing but also look younger in the face. Another motivational reason to get fit huh huh lol??? Congratulations everyone for your amazing accomplishment!!

This was not my heaviest I can't get those to load (yes I get the irony) But this is when I started adding exercise to the mix. At my heaviest I was 210lbs...the before is around 185..the after is 140lbs. This was done last year and I've lost a few more pounds but still have some more to go. If someone could tell me how to post pics on the forums that would be great!
