You look amazing! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you and what did you do for exercise?

Still have some toning to do but the weight loss part is done. First pic is 218 and the second is 116

How long did it take you? You look amazing!

Thanks! It took about 9 months to lose the majority of the weight but another 6 months for skin to show some real improvement. I think I am going to give it another 6 months for the rest of the skin to bounce back in place and then I will build some muscle under the remaining extra skin to fill it in.

Same weight, but lost fat and gained muscle. 1.5 year difference. Didn't start going 'hard' till the last few months.

    I can't believe I'm doing this...
It is my goal to sculpt and build some more muscle for the perfect bikini-ready body... As you can see, I am in desperate need of defining more abs (plus everywhere else... haha :/)
Nonetheless, these are progress pictures of my "Toning mission"! C:

Don't get all wiggy about having to tone up. You look AWESOME IN YOUR BIKINI RIGHT NOW. Tone if you want to, but don't get fixated on it.

I understand you want more definition - I do too! But may I just say, you look like a goddess! I love the smoothness and femininity of your body! You should be so proud, you are beautifully built! And, once you get some more definition going on, will be unstoppable! :drinker:

    Haha! C':
N'aww! Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me. <3
Well... I just want to work a little bit harder on defining a more "hour-glass" like figure and then, I will hopefully be content (at last)! >:)

Wow you all look so amazing. It really gives me the incentive to keep going. I have lost 50 pounds a year ago before MFP but i kind of stopped working on losing weight for awhile and just maintained it. Now I am really working hard on losing my last half of weight and stop being lazy. I don't want to keep loosing and gaining the same 20 pounds. You all gave me the inspiration to keep going that there will be a light at the end of this difficult journey. Thank you all. I do have a question. I am 21 years old. Will my stretch marks from being overweight ever go away?
