Congrats on almost getting through P90X! This was a rough week for me, too. I get pretty stressed when a semester begins and I didn't make the best food choices. I stayed within my goal, but dragged at the gym today. I went back up to 110. (Also TOM for me). Let's hope a better week :)

There are a lot of dairy free options.... rice milk fortified with calcium and vitamins, almond milk, hemp milk,coconut milk. Earth's Best makes great butter options (a soy free version, too). You've received some great ideas so far. I always pack some fruit. As mom to an allergic toddler who often flies with me, please reconsider taking any kind of nuts to munch on on the plane. Even less allergic nuts like cashews are often roasted in peanut oil. I do hope you have a great trip!

I'm 5' 2" and I weigh 110. I started about 8 weeks ago at 116, so I've steadily lost just under a pound a week, which is pretty much what MFP predicted at 1200 calories. My goal is to get to 107 and be toned.

I'm not sure I'd replace other meals with these as a "diet plan" -- I think whole foods are ususally the best bet for healthy.
