i made these with half splenda and half sugar. I used intant coffee in the ingredients and only baked for 15 min. also used butter extract (flavor) and the vanilla splenda makes them cook a bit faster :)

i would give yourself a pat on the back, but stick with one weight on one scale and start measuring your changes. its tought to bounce scales because they are not all the same. but good for you for staying strong and keep it up.:flowerforyou:

i know what you mean. but even if I don't do anything physical I read rather than watch tv. imo its alot harder to munch and hold a book than it is to pigout and watch the tele

i have been staying within my calories, but i go over in fat almost everyday. On top of that i seem to stay under in carbs. is that a big factor in weight loss? should I try even harder to plan lower fat foods; and should I up the Carbs more?
