  • I've been doing circuit training at the gym, brisk walking on a treadmill - for about 3 wks but my weight is not going down. how long before i start seeing the scale go down? i've cut calories, cut out all the sweet stuff but still - nothing. my scale sits on the same number (at home and at the gym). thanks
