Ive finally lost fifty pounds

I've finally hit the big five o,and have 25 lbs. to go. This was preceded by a three week plateau, as luck would have it. I increased my calories and finally got to losing again. Never give up! Be patient it will happen. Good luck all!

    Also, it's not luck......it's called a VERY smart decision on your part to increase your calories. You are definitely proof that one doesn't have to suffer and starve to get the weight off!
