oh yeah, got a race coming up in Singapore on june 7. 40km route. I am training hard to get my average to 38kmph, or not at least 40. Previous result 1st was 59 minutes finishing 40km. I target to finish 1h05mins... this challenge sort of give me a kick to train for this too. thank you again.

another MFP challenge i did, the administrator uses http://www.editgrid.com/ to keep track of mileage and such. You want to try using that? so all of us can key it in instead? its basically an online excel. which can be useful for all the calculation and formula :)

Hi guys, narak_lol asked me to try this challenge. So here I am, new to this group tho. Let me know if I can go for the third team. I bike almost everyday and averagely about 30km on weekdays and longer rides on weekend.

anything that is intense and short. believe it or not, sprinting for 5 minutes will give you an after burn effect, as oppose to jogging for 30 minutes

and yes, it will takes awhile for your bum to get use to it... wear padded pants, help a little

that is decent enough, Don't out do yourself increase the distance when you are getting the hang of it. try to find hills to come... it is very rewarding. Look for WTB seats, they are very comfortable, but expensive, about US80 to USD150 for one.
