i believe you have to figure out how many calories you burn doing strength training, then input those calories manually. you can try and research it online, but most people (i believe), get a Heart Rate Monitor and that is how they figure out their calories burned.

I stopped taking Seasonique at the end of the year and had the IUD Merida inserted...dropped 10 lbs in a couple of weeks (without even trying), it just fell off. LOVE it by the way...its so nice to not have to THINK about it anymore.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is around 145 as well. When i was 150 i looked pretty darn good, but it was a really difficult weight for me to maintain. hopefully i will at least be at THAT number again someday.
