  • I second the greek made with a smoothie.. I load up on nothing but protein, fruits and veggies. I eat tuna salads alot and also i drinka protein shakes morning and after a weight workout so i tend to go over in that sometimes.. But really any kind of lean meat will give you that kick you need.

  • I just brought a different kind of peanut butter because i throw that in everything.. But it is Chocolate Halzelnut Butter ( All Natural).. with 7g of sugar in 2 tbsp. Hope that helps
  • i keep 300 for breakfast and lunch sometimes but dinner is more intake because when you workout you actually gain back the calories that you burned that evening.. So i never go over in that but it makes it so much easier to deal with.

  • another thing make sure you snack ( smart ones) between meals 2-3 hrs apart.. and this 1200 cal intake will be a breeze but drink plenty of water.
  • I have the same intake but i workout 6 days a wk and cardio i do 5 days a week, i weight train 3 days a week so i have seen the weight come off.. I was at 180 when i weighted in and i am down to 170 ( dont know where i am now). But burning everything that you eat is what you need to do to help rid the weight. Good Luck

  • Indeed that salt is a beast besides water, sitting in a steamroom helps if you dont have any heart problems etc. A friend of mind had the same problem with her sodium for the military and we hit that steamroom up and increase her water intake and it dropped :) sweat that salt out girl

  • Google it girl... But like the rest salads and just throw in the meat or none at all. Or bake some chicken or fish with some peppers and onions, try some curry powder, Sweet potato and some veggies. Or skinless bonelss chicken cut the inside at the top and stuff it with garlic, spinach peppers etc, roll it in egg whites…

  • Divide your weight by whatever number will give you the ounces a day of water to drink to help keeping you hydrated and lose lbs from your waistline. I drink over my amount by me going to the gym. So i drink 2-3 33.8 fl oz btls a day
