Yes! They don't taste like anything really. I put them in my yogurt and they just add a nice little crunch. Definitely try them!

Well first of all, congrats on making the first step towards a healthier lifestyle!! That in itself is definitely great :-) As for the exercising, I agree with irsheyes, start by just walking outside until you lose enough to use the machine. Outside is more fun anyway!

Okay, I'm just gonna trust y'all and hope its sodium! Thanks everyone :-)

I'm superrrr irregular with my TOM, as in I almost never get it, so I doubt that's it. And I don't drink soda, so that can't be it either! I haven't taken my measurements since I lost those original 11...I guess I will tomorrow morning and see the difference. Thanks for all the responses though!

no, you dont! i mean you could...but then it would be more of a smoothie. I LOVE banana ice cream haha ...in response to if you need milk or not

Yay for teens :-) feel free to add me

They do make breakfast food! I loveeee the Kashi Go Lean Plus cereal.

I'd say fiber and sodium. You need to make sure you're getting enough fiber to maintain a healthy digestive system, and make sure you don't consume too much sodium as it causes you to retain water, which means weight gain!

I like to keep frozen bananas on hand, so whenever I want a healthy ice cream I just put it in the food processor. It has the exact texture as ice cream and is soo good. You can add whatever to it too..yesteday i put raisins and almond butter.. YUM <3

I was having so much trouble with my bowel movements for about a year until really recently. Basically, I was constantly constipated, bloated, and had abdominal pain a lot. I wouldn't go for like 4 or 5 days at a time, and when I did go, it was really little. I took laxatives maybe once a month when I was really fed up…

It's so annoying! I decided to listen to everyone about a month ago when i was 3 pounds away from my goal (i only wanted to lose 14 anyway) so I started eating more and exercising less.. and now a month later I've put on 7 pounds that I spent so many nights working out to lose :-( So stay strong! Don't let them influence…

I just discovered this homemade dressing that is absolutely delicious... I used half a mango, a quarter lime juice, and like 5 leaves of basil. Put them all in the food processor and let it become "saucy." I did the same thing today except I used pineapple instead of mango. YUM

these look amazing!!

Well, this happened when I was like 12 and randomly at the gym with my dad... I was running on the treadmill and closed my eyes because I wanted to pretend I was running in nature. Sure enough, I fell right off within 5 seconds and they told me I was too young to be on the equipment. LOL

bump. i have the same problem!

You can see my diary if you want. I usually bring my lunch to school, either a sandwich or leftovers from dinner. My lunches tend to be 200-300 cals, but you can easily make it more by using more caloric bread, or bigger portions of whatever!

Just wondering, what does the soda do? Does it add extra flavor? I really want to try these but I don't ever have soda...would sparking water work? or would that just be a fail? lulz :ohwell:

Here's a recipe for a delicious spinach, tomato, and feta quiche! I used leek instead of tomato though, and mine was crustless simply because I didn't have the ingredients for the crust. It was still really good though! http://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipes/10963

Feel free to look at my diary! I bring lunches to school everyday. I usually make myself a sandwich with either 100 cal sandwich rounds or the 90 cal sara lee bread. Hummus, smoked salmon, healthy leftovers, baby carrots, and special K bars have all become my new best friends :D Sometimes I go off campus for lunch…

breakfast: 8 little snack: 12 lunch: 2 dinner: 7

no sugar added ice cream and chocolate in moderation. :D

I'm soo going to make this soon

YES! I have to have chocolate everyday. I usually have it following a little bit of lo-cal ice cream, so I don't really have the urge to overeat it. Lately I've been having the "chocolove dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt" It's sooo yummy and only 27 cals per piece.

This sounds amazing!!! Just wondering, about how much frosting do you put on each one?
