I definitely lost weight there too - I went down to a 34A cup. So I've no boobs at all now! But worth it. I think it is about where you "easily" lose weight and where you don't. So when I lose weight, it comes off my upper half first, but is really stubborn to shift on my lower half.

You are the same height as me so I would say you are in the normal weight band for your height. So that could be a reason why losing anyone is difficult. I agree with the other comments - you should celebrate your achievement to date, rather than worry about the last few pounds. I can completely empathise. I have been going up and down the same 3 pounds for the last year. I'm hoping that keeping track of absolutely everything will work this time...... hope you get your motivation back - maybe start on a good mood day though?

Hi there, I think you might lose weight, but could also lose your mind in the process! I agree with the people who have said that it is really more about calories in vs calories burned. You have to live your life too .....
