whenever i get urges to start snacking I just do something to occupy myself. call a friend, go for a walk or bike ride, clean, just anything to keep yourself busy. or just chew gum! :)

not accurate at all for me. it said id lose 15-20 pounds by eating the same amount ive eaten for years. guess it's more of a motivator for me

wow thank you all so much!! i wasn't expecting this many comments on it :D I got it at a place called Dramatic Pawz in New York, and it cost $500 (plus i threw in a $100 tip because i love it so much). it took 8 hours start to finish...6 hours actually in the chair. and i did it all in one sitting because i was only in NY…
