I'm a meat eater, though I eat mostly chicken and fish. I live by myself and typically can get away with shopping once a month for $200. I try to keep my calories around 1600 a day.

I notice that you are drinking soda a lot. Perhaps try cutting that out or limiting it. Even the diet soda still has sodium in it and that can effect your weight loss. Its good that you are eating breakfast. I find that hard most days and like you I don't normally eat lunch till after 1pm. Good Luck!

breakfast includes either whey protein vanilla shake made with blueberries or spinach and fat free milk or like this morning I had a yogurt. Sometimes I have a piece of fruit as well. This morning I had my first container of greek yogurt and I snacked on some baby carrots. Lunch happens in 90 minutes.

I don't get many compliments either, but you should compliment yourself.. I know I was thrilled when I put on a sweater this morning for work and its looser and fits really good... It feels great to loose weight and you should be proud of yourself!

i'm not a breakfast person either. I'm a teacher so when my students have their snack time in the morning thats when i have been eating my "breakfast". try eating fruit or snack on veggie sticks. Also drink a glass of water before you eat. If your still hungry after drinking that go for the healthier snacks.

:smile: I was on prozac and had the opposite effect. It actually made me feel like I wasn't hungry all the time and I would have to force myself to eat something. I've heard that Zoloft can actaully make you gain weight. I guess it depends on the person though. Good luck!
