You don't have to run 10 miles to lose weight. Just listen to your body and do what you can. Slowly work on your tolerance to exercising instead of jumping in right away. I've been eating granola bars and apples in between meals. They aren't too heavy or calorie packed for one sitting and they leave me hungary again a few hours later for another snack/meal. Ugh! I know! just keep remembering how good you're going to feel when DON'T eat what they're offering. I keep finding that the things I want aren't nearly as satisfying as I imagined they were going to be... keep healthy snacks around and munch on them to get past the temptation. You can do it! :)
