  • Well I start with the elliptical for 20 minutes - then do some weights/machines - then 15 minutes uphill on the treadmill. To switch it up, I will add resistence to the elliptical so my body doesnt get use to the routine.....

  • I agree - I can use extra support and seeing others my age - helps keep me motivated!!
  • Good for you! Keep up the non smoking - I know I did after I quit the "I only smoke when I drink". Honestly right now I'm not even drinking because thats just "watsed" calories! After I complete a work out session - I always reward myself with Tanning (anything non-food related) lol
  • I stick with White meats - Tuna, Chicken, pork (Lean meats) I don’t ever really count the calories per say I do use Portion sizes - Calorie amounts for meat, poultry, fish, beans and other protein rich foods range from 35-75 calories per 1 ounce serving.
