anyone have any good treadmill or elliptical routines they wanna share???

Well I start with the elliptical for 20 minutes - then do some weights/machines - then 15 minutes uphill on the treadmill. To switch it up, I will add resistence to the elliptical so my body doesnt get use to the routine.....0

Try interval training 1-2 mins jogiing speed 1-2 mins running speed for 20 mins at speeds to suit your self.0

For the elliptical I like to rotate every ten minutes, going forward for ten, then backward for ten, for 30-40 minutes. On the Treadmill I run at 5mph for an entire mile, jog at 4mph for 5 minutes then run again at 5mph for another mile.0

I do the interval training/weight loss settings on both the elliptical & treadmill. You get a higher calorie burn from the elliptical by increasing the incline & resistance.0

I agree ncole3! I do 25 minutes on elliptical on the weight loss setting that has incline intervals, do 20-30 minute of weight resistance on machines and free weights and then 25 minutes on the treadmill on a slight incline walking then jogging, walking then jogging, etc until I can build up to jogging the whole time.0
