I'm 5'6 and 3/4 and my goal weight is 145 ish. I am at 155 now and think I should be able to lose even more than that but i dont want to be skinny i want to stay fit

yep I'm 5'6-3/4 and my ultimate goal is 145 as well. Its a realistic goal if its your lifestyle to eat correctly and work out.

Im totally on board with the scrambled eggs with 1/3 shredded cheese fresh pico de gallo salsa and whole wheat toast or fruit. I also love steel cut oatmeal a teaspoon of brown sugar milk and a banana and my little one eats it with me.

Yep Clean Eating magazine gives lots of great recipes. We shop at WHole Foods and Trader Joes and try to not eat too many boxed foods. Clean eating is great! Good luck!

Try incorporating weights into your routine maybe? I would say go for a run start out SLOW and work your way up in time and distance. I'm sure the last thing you want to do after working on your feet all day is run but running will get you results pretty fast and work your whole body. I agree with another idea one of the…
