    It is easy to tell the difference, I personally noticed it the most in your arms, but it is evident everywhere (face, legs, waist)! You look great! Keep it up!

    Sometimes when we lose weight, it's hard to shake our "fat" view of ourselves and it's hard to see how far we've come. Hope our honest opinions are helping! :)

    yes for sure, its a little hard 2 tell but only because ur at different angles and sitting then standing but you can definitely see that you have lost weight.x

    As others have said you can for sure see a difference! We are usually the hardest on ourselves so whatever your goal is just keep persisting and you'll get there its just a matter of time thats all.
