I go to a Jazzercise center. I like that every class has strength training so I will actually do it! And I think I've never gotten bored with it yet because of all the variety in music. It's the first fitness program I've ever done that I kept doing after 2 months. Big deal for me!

Hey Rendabee5 - did you figure this out? You should be able to go to your exercise and then click on the database and search by Jazzercise. The MFP calculator is nice, but I strongly recommend getting a Heart Rate Monitor since the calculator can't take in account your intensity during class.

I see results faster when I can get to at least one Strength45/60 every week.

Yeah - traveling during the challenge would make it hard! I REALLY hope Jazzercise does more of these challenges, too!

Jan 1: 191.1 Jan 9: 189.6 1.5 lb loss! Been sick so I haven't fell like working out but I also haven't felt like eating much so I guess they balanced each other out. Next week I will be in Vegas - watch out!

I teach Jazzercise about 2-3 times a week, but my goal this year is to come to 150 classes outside of the ones I teach. I'm at 32 so far so I'm on track.

This group is just the kick in the butt that I needed! Today will be my second day in a row of eating at or under calorie - YAY!!! I already feel 10 times better.
