If you need a phone now, get a droid, most should have the app (I really don't know, I have an iPhone) But if you wanna wait till like september-ish, the new iPhone will be out so you might wanna look at that. Whatever works best for you.

I think for the most part we all understand that a pound is a pound, but muscle weighs more as in it takes less space but is more dense than fat.

I herniated 2 discs in my back about a year and a half ago. When I work out, it sometimes acts up, but only a little. It doesn't really prevent me from doing any exercises, but I do have to watch out and make sure my back is always straight and not bent over. Hope that helps. Bump

you need protein (milk, meats, etc.) but she definitely doesn't NEED the protein powder. If your friends daughter just wants to be healthy, simply working out and eating right should do the trick, especially since she is still very young

I am drinking chocolate skim milk after my workouts, and usually my salads have some chicken for protein, and yes I am eating the calories that I burn when I work out, so thats 1300 NET a day

I'm eating about 1300 calories a day, mostly on salad and fiber (wheat bread, beans, etc) But now that everyone mentions the muscle weight/measurements, I do feel my clothes a little looser. Also, I am finding that I have a lot more energy than before, so that's always a plus. Thanks everyone!

Maybe you had something too fatty or too sweet? A little bit of that stuff is ok, so no need to feel guitly, because thats when you start caving more often to other cravings. Keep it up!
