Getting back in the swing of things.............

Used to workout hard, and be strong as hell.................got married, had two kids................lost my way, trying to find my way back home.............but between watching my kids all day, and working all night its hard to get back into the swing. Over the past 9 months or so I have decided to forego sleep for starting back up exercising again. With my wife's work schedule and mine, and the time the kids get up, there are only 6 allotted hours for me to sleep most days...........so i decided to give up 1.5-2 of those hours for exercise and it helped. Started at 250ish, dropped to 220ish.............but back up to high 230's. No one bother telling me i need more sleep, there are no more hours in the day, and its not possible at this time. Going to give this thing a shot and see how it works out. I suppose of you are serious and log everything it can't go wrong right? Good luck to all, and any and all friend requests are welcome.
